Lost Combination Retrieval

dudley offers unparalleled direct to school service, support and expertise.

For security reasons, any request for lost combination numbers must be submitted on the School letterhead and faxed to our attention at 1-800-229-0081.

In order for us to be able to provide you with the lost combination number(s), we will require the serial number(s) of the lock(s) in question. However, only records for the last 10 years are available.

For your information, the serial number is engraved at the bottom of the lock or on the back of the lock for the DY1525 or DYA400K.

Lock combinations can only be retrieved if the lock has a serial number.
