How To Order

Please take note that we do not take orders via telephone. Orders may be submitted as follows:

  1. By completing our School Order Form
  2. By submitting a School or School Board Purchase Order
  3. E-mail at dudley.service@dudleylock.com
  4. Fax at 1-800-229-0081

In order to better service your account and process your order in a timely manner, kindly make sure that all of the following information is completed properly and legibly, regardless of the method you choose to forward your order:

  1. Provide us with full name and address of the Ship to location and Invoice to location if different from the Ship to location. Name, telephone and fax number of the person placing the order in case we require additional and/or revised information.
  2. State product required and quantity. If you are not using our School Order Form, please make sure that you show the proper unit price per product. Quantities must be ordered in proper multiples of, since they vary depending on the product. ( i.e. RP300 must be ordered in multiples of 10 and DYA400K in multiples of 25).
  3. If you ordered combination locks with key control in the past (DYA400K or DY1525) and wish to order more, please provide us with the key number that is currently in your possession, to make sure that the locks you receive will open with the same key.
  4. State the required date you want the locks to arrive at your school.
  5. Provide us with school opening hours and days for delivery of merchandise. (i.e. 8h30 to noon and 13h00 to 15h30 Monday to Thursday, closed on Fridays).

If any of the above captioned information is not submitted and/or submitted inaccurately, a customer service representative will be contacting you either via telephone, fax and/or E-mail explaining the discrepancies and you will be required to forward a revised order and/or Purchase Order prior to us shipping the merchandise.

Freight is always prepaid and charged and added to your invoice, or you can designate your own carrier.

Payment of invoices may be made by direct deposit, cheque (O.A.C.) or via Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) with payment terms of Net 30 days.
